Recently, Chef Eduardo Juarez spent three months in Mexico City and Oaxaca, apprenticing with top restaurants and fully immersing himself in the culture. Scouring street markets to uncover local ingredients, sampling authentic flavours and spending time with Mexican farmers has given him the foundation to build the menu for Catch’s newest restaurant — Por Vida. This restaurant is scheduled to open in Fall 2019.
